Naomi Uwaize Chike-Mobi is a Project and Event Manager, leadership coach, and the Initiator of The Entrepreneurship Pedagogue.
She is also the Founder of Her Voice Empowerment Initiative Africa, a platform committed to empowering the girl child, women, and young people through leadership, entrepreneurship, and self-development programs.
Naomi is deeply passionate about building people.Through structured trainings, mentorship, and impact-driven platforms, she has helped individuals discover purpose, build capacity, and step confidently into leadership.
She holds a BSc in Accounting from Benson Idahosa University, Edo State, and a Master’s degree in Project Management from ESCEA, Benin Republic.
