Ms. Ginika Okoroafor

Ms. Ginika Okoroafor Paschal is an international development professional with several years of experience working on donor-funded projects across Africa and beyond. She has contributed to initiatives supported by multilaterals and international partners, including the European Union and the German International Development Corporation (GIZ), as well as leading international NGOs. Her work spans rural development, energy access, gender equality, climate change, youth development, and initiatives supporting women and girls from disadvantaged backgrounds.

She holds an MSc in Renewable Energy Development from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, and is currently completing a PhD in Electrical and Robotics Engineering at Monash University, Australia. She has won several awards for research and academic excellence, including the prestigious Commonwealth Scholarship Award in the United Kingdom, Mitacs Globalink Research Award in Canada and Monash Graduate Research Excellence Award.

Ginika is a devoted lover of God and gospel music, and she is happily married with a beautiful daughter.
