RACHAM Foundation Free Medical Outreach at Bwari Community

To improve access to healthcare among vulnerable populations, RACHAM Foundation organized a Free Medical Outreach in Bwari Community, Abuja. The outreach was designed to provide quality healthcare services to residents who may have limited access to medical facilities due to financial constraints.

Volunteer healthcare professionals conducted medical consultations, vital signs assessments, blood pressure checks, blood sugar screenings, and general health evaluations. Beneficiaries received professional medical advice and free medications based on doctors’ prescriptions and recommendations.

The outreach also included health awareness sessions focusing on disease prevention, personal hygiene, nutrition, and healthy living practices. Through this intervention, many community members received much-needed medical attention while gaining valuable knowledge to improve their overall health and wellbeing.

Beneficiaries: A total of 261 individuals, including women, men, and children, received medical care and support during the outreach.
