To improve access to quality healthcare for underserved populations in Bokuma Community.
The outreach targeted rural dwellers in Bokuma who have limited access to medical services due to financial constraints and distance to urban health facilities. Racham Foundation deployed a team of volunteer doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to provide free consultations, medical checkups, drug distribution, and laboratory tests for common conditions such as malaria, typhoid, and hypertension. Health education sessions were held to raise awareness on hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care.
Beneficiaries: Over 500 community members, including children, pregnant women, and the elderly, received care and support.
